The originals were made by Hella, and are still available either through a Scoob dealer, or a Hella dealer, in both halogen, or HID. You'd also need a pair of brackets, (Scoob dealer), and some of the foglight covers with the hole for a 90mm light, (various copies or a Scoob dealer).
IMHO, you could wait a long time for someone to be selling these.............on the other hand, they could come up tomorrow

Thanks for the post. I already have the brackets and covers and although it is a longshot it seemed worth a try to post an advert.
Per some of the threads the same lights appear to be offered on certain Fords. As I can get good discount on Ford parts I am trying to confirm the model/part numbers.

Halogen 1KO 008 191-017
HID 1KO 008 192-017
Can't confirm if they are correct
