Swap 3.9 diff for 4.11

Swap 3.9 diff for 4.11
I am basically after a 4:11 rear diff.
After travelling some 100 odd miles yesterday to pic up a rear diff removed from a accident damage car (96 WRX RA). Which I should have checked whilst there. I assumed it would be a 4.11 as it did not have a dccd gearbox.
It turned out to be a 3.9 rear diff, after removing the back casing & reading the crown wheel code numbers.
So if there is anybody out there thats willing to do a straight swap, please mail me?
