I have just swapped my phone and have a one year old K700 going spare. Got a few scratches/chips as you'd expect but its in 100% working order and has been a superb phone. All it will need is a new case if you want it to look brand new (think they're about £7 off Ebay for the proper Sony ones). Got a charger, and in car charger and should have the instructions etc somewhere and maybe box but not sure. Dunno whether it will be locked or not as it was on an O2 contract.

Make me an offer if you want it?!
