Anyone have one of these I could have / buy etc. My Sti doesn't have one so I dont know how it got through UK approval or if indeed it needs one anyway.

My old my 94 WRX did not have on either, but my MY 97 WRX does. I think the restrictors became necessary in 96, could be wrong though.

My 93 wrx was imported last august but doesn't have a filler restrictor either so does that mean that it's not been sva'd? If not, how come it's been registered and mot'd?

Think that bruce is right - if your car is a pre 96MY Import then it doesn't need one to pass an SVA.
Still wondering how mine passed when it needed one (being a post 96MY Import)
