IHI VF series oil feed banjo bolt

As above, swapped from a TD04 to a VF turbo but need the bolt with the smaller hole

Could someone help me here, phoned APi engines and spoke to someone who was not 100% sure about this and they said as long as the pipes fit (which they do and it's all running) it should be OK, which bolt do i need to change if any and will it do any harm if it's not changed (i'm confused about all this now so please could someone help).
