Default .wanted td05 turbocharger

if anyone has one of these kicking around .new or nearly new can they let me know . either outright buy or exchange for standard turbo. thanks

glenburghie subaru will let you have one for iirc £195 + the dreaded delivered.

thanks for that info. do they really make a great difference to the standard uk turbo or am i best getting another turbo

I've got a VF24 off an sti4 in ex condition only done 20K. Ran perfectly when on car before turning car into a rally car with TD05 £150 inc delivery.

Is that a VF24 or 34? If 24 do you know how it compares to a 28?

Its a VF24. The VF28 is basically the same as the VF24 and the VF24 is the best for having the least lag.

Why do you want a IHI VF turbo?

TD series are more robust and reliable. TD05 = all the way to 350bhp+...
...and I have one for sale if you're interested.

Bob'5, because I want an upgrade to my TD04 for road use but don't want to go as far as an 05 (loss of bottom end, modifed inlet).
