gearbox for 400+ bhp

I am looking for a gearbox and diff (if requried) to go in a my 96 sti ra, it must have front lsd preferably atb, manual dccd, rear lsd, and be able to take up-to approx 450 bhp,

still looking,,,, anyone got a jdm 6 speed in the back shed they feel like throwing out ??
