I beleive they came with all earlyish imports and jap spec 22bs had very nice ones.

I guess I would need the hub to mount it and surround?

Beware of doing this. I bought one for my sisters car (hers has the same wheel as yours) and I found out that it didn't fit due to bit for the horn etc was wrong I then went and bought a new bit for the column with new wiper stalks etc to match the steering wheel but it still doesn't fit I'm not sure if the column is different but it doesn't allow the steering wheel to come down far enough and meet the horn ring & wiper stalks etc

I've got one for sale - mint, no boss - off a 95/96 spec JDM WRX.

Earlier ones (94) have skinny spokes and later ones (97) have an larger boss.
