Default Air Con Rad Fan

Anyone got one, it MUST be for a MY00 UK

I have one, but the connector is different, my car's loom has a 3 prong connector with round holes, and little blue rubber inserts

The Fan I have, has a 3 prong connector but has square holes

Anyone have one (if not Ill have to chop the connectors)

I had to with mine as the driver side fan hadn't worked for 2 years (!!) as the fan connectors were corroded and had a broken wire.

Pull the connectors out of the block on the iffy side, stick them in the other connector and tape up. Voila!

Well, worth a try and cheaper too!

Ohh you poor UK car owner, with those fiddly undertrays!

Isn't it just a push and turn ( screwdriver job ) or the poke in the middle of the head and it's released plastic plug on the undertray.? Not having one I am not sure ... but other plastic bits seem held on by these types of plugs!.

Good luck!

Neil
PS remember the test mode to check the wiring all works again, the 2 plugs under the dash!
{think: teaching granny to suck eggs here ! }

LOL, I still havent put the rear part of the undertray backon, after losing my original on the M58 @ stupid mph
a very windy day, it just ripped it clean off

the main undertray is bolted on, and since I put the splitter on, I can no longer use my car ramps, nor can I no longer slide underneath the car too

Got my trusty multimeter to check things out

Hmm, cant find any on ebay

you got the link ?

tis ok, I found it now

It will probably end up going for stupid money, and I only really need the connector, if it unplugs from the fan itself, I could proably order the cable from the dealers
