Swap my MY00 Wagon plus cash for a Type R Sti?

Ok I know it's a long shot, but "you don't ask, you don't get".
I wanna change my MY00, Sept 2000 X plate, Champagne silver Wagon (5dr) Turbo 2000 (Classic), with 18 inch alloys.
The car is in excellent state of health with 30,000 miles on the clock. It has had no mods other than the 18" wheels and a full decat zorst, I do still have the standard zorst.
It also has;
A/C
Electric Windows
Electric Sunroof
10 disc CD with Mini disc
I want to change it for a MY99/00 Type R STi, preferably less than 40k on the clock.
Obviously I'm prepared to swap the car and cash to make up the difference
