Question

Any idea's on the following:

Left for a firewors display and remote locked the car.

Watched the fireworks and returned to my car to find its literally been frightened to death and that the indicators are now permenatly on?! (Alarm had been going off throughout the show)

I removed all the fuses / relays and they remained on.

I tried dis-arming / alarming the car lots of times and they remained on.

The hazard and left / right signals do not function i.e. they do not operate the relays.

I disconnected the battery and the indicators went off.

Re-connected the battery and they remained on.

Disconnected the alarm and the indicators turned off.

Re-connected the alarm and they came back on

Tore my hair out and they remained on.

Kicked the o/s and n/s door panels and they remained on.

Have now given up and now "asking the audience".

Any idea's folks?

Just my luck as my MOT is due tomorrow. How f**ing typical!

FYI

The Alarm is Sparkrite and is an alarm only, no immob. It has output that operates the indicators and locks.

Thanks

give the control unit a slight shock should take care of it . the relays that control the flashers with the alarm will have over heated due to constant use
