Problems with gearbox. Garage advised it may be cheaper to replace gaerbox with second hand/ reconditioned unit rather than strip down existing box. Cannot get 3rd gear although lever seems to move into place the gear does not engage. All other gears OK. No problems with box until this happenned. No clutch slip and no noise.

So may be be looking for replacement box. Engine produces 310 HP at 1 bar, but internals/modifications should cope with more power.

Don't know if STI box will fit or if I have to stick with WRX.

Anybody have a box that may fit?

I have a spare WRX box that I may be selling due to job redundancy.
Its the usual import spec with 4.1 front CWP.
Let me know what sort of money you would be thinking of paying.
