I bought mine from Samco. Just bought a roll of it and cut to length.

You can by some cheap vacuum hose from Vehicle Wiring Products

You just need some that has a 3mm bore and rigid enough not to collapse under vacuum.

It'll not be a nice and shiney blue colour though
