Anyone out there got a 1993 1.6 4WD Impreza for sale? I can't afford the insurance of the turbo but love the car - the misses has a 20 GL 5 door and I want one!!

If anyone can help -preferably in the Yorkshire region - then let me know.

I have a 1.8gl L reg in silver, needs tax, and the mot runs out in may2003, just got a new crank seal, a/c belt, and altnator belt on it and a service, its got 49k miles on it. it is a jap import, it came in the country in 2000, got 16" gold speedlines, got powerflow exhausts and lexus lights, i want 2700. but im willing to listen to offers i get the pics 2mrw.

Sounds like a nice piece of kit. Unfortunatley I need the 1.6 because of the insurance aspect and budget. It will be a second car and I should really be looking at crap like Escorts and Astras but I would rather open the garage door to a Impreza than either of those!! I am also looking at the sub 2k price range. I have seen a 1.6 for 1500 pounds up here so I doubt you would be willing to drop 1k in price.
