If you are willing to put money down and get one imported for you then contact Andrew Gray at JVS (powervehicles.com) just south of Edinburgh then they wil do this : Andrew is going to Japan in a couple of weeks time and should be personally sourcing an Impreza for me. Guess there may be others nearer to you that will do the same but Andrew seems a decent guy and doesn't charge a fortune.

 

cheers feller, i personally can not be bothered with the hassle of importing a car, a mate bought one from japan, took him ages to get on the road, sva, mot, registration, !!!, not really worth it, unless you have the patience. Thanks for the post anyway

Re using JVS to import :they do all the business for you, ie sva, mot, registration etc so you just pick it up all ready to go : they're mor ethan just importers, they will import a car matching your requirements plus they also bring a few back for stock : Andrew Grey there is going out mid March to make some purchases (maybe even 1 for me !)
I've no connection with them at all just that I've been speaking to Andrew Grey and may well be about to get them to source me a car.
