If you fancy a laugh ask Renault for a quote. 
I asked for a CD changer for my Megane and was told that it would cost very close to £475 + VAT as I need a new £200 head unit as well.
Anyway try

Hi i have a VDO Ch0600 i have taken out of my Y reg megan, im sure it will work fine, it comes with the cable to connect to the head unit as well. The only catch is one of the sleeves for the CD's has been destroyed by my 5 year old but it makes no difference to its operation, just now it will only switch around 5 cd's instead of 6.
Let me know if your interested i have it up on ebay at the min but would prefer to deal out side if possible
