Watch out for local computer fairs (i did) and got a cracking BRAND NEW PII 500 for £25!! well chuffed. there were hundreds of 333's available.

I have got a PIII 500mhz processor knocking around

it is a Slot and not socket processor

I have also just found in my drawer 2 PII 400's
Which again are slot and not socket

cheers people...............but just knackered motheboard whilst upgrading the bios, new motherboard & >1GHz processor required!
