Thought i'd give the self remapping ago if i can buy cable and software cheap enough, as i can get it remapped for £250.

 

Cool! I'm guessing you bought a 2nd hand board/ecu?
When buying new direct from Andy there is a good discount on the cable and software.
You might struggle to find a 2nd hand cable but worth an ask I suppose.

But yea thought i'd try my luck on here if someone has finished mapping there's, although as you've mentioned before its an ongoing process.

 

Cable is £95 when buying the package.
Depending on which car it came off and what mods it had then you will most definitely need to load the base map for your car as a starting point. So if you buy the cable direct from ESL then ask if he can send you the base rom for your car(8s ecu I believe)
It is an ongoing process if you intend to add upgrades to your car at anytime,but even when mapped having the cable is great for logging and live data.
