Have a look at Storm Motorsport too.
I had my carbon fibre one from them, really good quality and a perfect fit.

Took me about an hour or so to fit my carbon one, But the car did have a plain black one on before so was pretty much a straight swap.
A bit fiddly at first as its a tight fit and you need about 3 pairs of hands at one point as it keeps springing back out
if I remember right I secured the centre bolts loosely and then worked from the ends inwards, was a nice tight snug fit.

perfectly, I had the carbon fibre one (Which comes from Xtreme Carbon via storm) but I can't imagine them not comparing fit / size etc..
As I said before my STI already had a plain black one fitted so reused the same holes although I do recall reusing some of the existing nuts & bolts in addition to the fixings sent with the lip so maybe previous owner had added a few.
either way its dead easy to do as there is plenty of space to drill through the lip into the bumper and add extra fixings.
