Quaife ATB front diff 3.9 ratio with 1-1 centre diff the standard one is £100 plus P&P the quaife will be £350 plus P&P both as a gift unless you pick up of coarse

The way the prices are going down I'd say leave the thread till tomorrow and someone will be paying you to take one.

How do you know it's the diff/ viscose coupling that's gone. Curious as mine is a whiney burger.

whining is probably the end bearings, I dont think the coupling itself generates noise.
The diff itself is binding when hot and doing tight manoeuvres like car parks etc.
Feels/sounds like you are on flat tyres...

centre diff noise usually appears off load, I noticed it on my classic when pulling up to junctions and had it replaced.
