What's the power/torque threshold roughly of high performance organic type clutches before twin plate or paddles have to be considered. I'd like something that could handle 550/550 without having to go down the paddle route also?

Nice to drive, slightly more grabby than a normal clutch but that can be a good thing. Pedal feel is not much firmer than standard.
