Default JAPFEST Convoy and Tickets
The JAPFEST Tickets for the 11th May 2013 have arrived .

For those who asked for a postal delivery please be patient as these should be in the post tomorrow (29th). The remainder can collect at the SWS May Meet

So, I'll be at Magor Service M4 at 7.15am to hand out the remaining tickets. JAPFEST tends to attract a bigger crowd and we need to be rolling by 7.45am, avoiding any snarl ups at Bristol and on to our finish point.

We have been allocated a slot at the back of Quarry near the Adrian Flux Chill Out Zone (?) and need to enter Via Gate C. That means we are better off heading down the M4 to the J17 M4 Chippenham turnoff and heading in via Bristol Road.

Cpt, just a small suggestion think that leaving Magor earlier than suggest maybe a good idea.

PCAD was a lot smaller event than japfest and the queues to get into the circuit where pretty bad around 8.15 onward and having queued for nearly 2 hours last year to get into Japfest, might be the case of the earlier the better.

Yep, agree. I want to be leaving Magor around 7.30am, so anyone who wants can come with us. What I do not want is to be held up waiting for people to collect their tickets.

Those who are late will have to get there, ring me and I'll meet them at Gate C.

Last year with another club we met at Magor at 06.30 and left at 07.00, been looking around the Japfest site and cannot find a time that the gates open for the club stands.

Just found this right at the bottom of the FAQ list (they could have put it in a more user friendly place).

Q: What time will clubs be allowed access?
A: Club cars will be allowed access from 06.30am providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes.
