Default Another alarm one....

A lady friend of mine has a uk turbo 2000, on a v plate. She has had batts replaced in fobs, they are not now linked to the car, and for some reason or other she has to tap in a code in the glovebox every time she wants to fire the car up, to bypass immobiliser I should imagine. Any ideas on how to set it back up properly and stop the need to type tis code In every time? Car is totally standard with the original Subaru alarm/immobiliser kit.

Any ideas??

Thanks in advance guys
