Info on vf35 turbo
I had a VF34 on my S202 and that was running to 348bhp, I could have possibly tweaked another 12bhp out of it by spending quite a few £'s in further supporting mods.
As for comparisons which TD05 (16g, 18g or 20g) are you comparing to the VF35? I would say that the VF35 is pretty much between the 16g and 18g TD05's, but it will be a lot quicker spooling than the 20g but won't make the same power.
Plus what model with which engine and gearbox are you planning to be running 370bhp on?
According to andy forrester my turbo 2000 with pink injectors walbro fuel pump fmic bigger turbo and simtek ecu will get me to 350 with out needing forging plus will need to upgrade my clutch
Your opinion what turbo is best for 350 ??

The VF34 would probably be a better choice if you can find one, but failing that the VF35 is a very good turbo.
You have to remember at that power level you are playing Russian Roulette with your gearbox if it is still in standard form. It might last for years but might only last for weeks even days at that power level on a classic gearbox as they are not the strongest gearboxes out there.

If I were going for a TD05 then I would either go for a 16g (spools quickly and good for around 320bhp) or an 18g (spool ok and good for around 370bhp), but not a 20g on a 2 litre as it's know to be quite laggy.
Plus if you do go for a TD05 then don't be tempted by cheapo eBay specials as they are cr@p, if you are lucky they just won't make the expected power and at worst they will potentially destroy your engine. Go for a good quality TD05 from the likes of Harvey Smith, Andy Forrest etc.

i have seen it many times and depending on how many miles your car has already done it could last years or just days
power is not everything and a well set up car with suspension and brakes will be better spent than expensive engine parts that will just make engine life less

mild tune is best in my opinion with right gearbox suspension and brakes makes quick car
Have you sorted the brakes and suspension first??
As said, i would say your pushing your luck going for 350.
My old uk classic with 320/330BHP was mental, it had sorted suspension and decent brakes and was alot of fun on the twisty's
