fuel pump
hi guys fitted a walbro pump yesterday as some of you now dont now if its jsut me but the pump is very very loud when first turning the key also i can here it wineing when the car is ticking over is this right

hi guys i took the pump back out n found it wasent sitting right in the rubber mount so ive put it right in the mount but run out of daylight to put it back in so will refit it tomorro after work n see wot happens

Just a thought but have you bought a genuine pump as there are loads of copy pumps doing the rounds .
A copy may not suppliy enough fuel causing the engine to run lean then it's goodnight engine if this happens, hopefully you've bought from a genuine supplier

it did come with a new mount i must have moved it when i was putting it back in the tank so hope the cable tie will cure this it aint comeing out again once ive refitted it tomorro
