I'm planning on getting my calipers reconditioned soon.
I've done plenty of motorcycle calipers over the years but I' don't have access to the facilities I used to have. ie sand blasting and paintshop, so i'm looking at getting them done localy.
What I'd like to know is...where can I get braided hoses from?
Would godspeed be able to provide them or could they be sourced direct at a lower cost?

Godspeed do braided hoses with a litre of dot 5 brake fluid for £49.50 which is a bargain when you look at what the brake fluid will cost you.

And he's just up the road from you so no carriage charge if you collect, he's right by Peter Lloyd Rallying on Brynmenyn Ind Estate.

And Ian can either recondition your calipers or provide you with the seal kits and new stainless steel pistons so that you can do it yourself.

Upgrade your pads as well if your doing the calipers and hoses, EBC Bluestuff get my vote or try Ian's kevlar pads which are better than the standard pads.

That price is actually cheaper than what I buy them for when buying them 20 kits at a time , its a bargain for the customers on the group buy , a bit crap for us trade customers who end up with kits being on the shelf , Nice one HEL


Anyway , to the OP , I can supply you any items you need , from seal kits and pistons for you to do your own calipers , along with fully reconditioned calipers on an exchange basis

We offer the 8 stainless steel pistons for £100 a set
The seal kits for both front calipers are £39.50
Fully reconditioned calipers are £195 exchange

I can supply you a braided hose kit and a litre of Dot 5.1 high performance fluid for £55
