Is it possible?

Is it just a matter of buying the lights,grill,bonnet and bumper and swapping them about?

It is just a case of swapsy.

 

ive done it to mine just bonnet to go on easy

 

The facelift is done in two halves (Top and bottom). You can either just swap the bumpers over for the newer shape ones, or if you want the newer bonnet then ideally you have to swap bonnet, headlights and grill.
