changing up pipe to turbo
Need a little advice guys, has anyone changed one of these on a classic,
just want to know the quickest way of getting the job done, failed mot today

undo the turbo to uppipe conection and then the manifold ones and drop the hole lot down its way easier to work then mate,shouldnt take to long as long as the bolts/nuts will undo lol
yeah, as prodrive said, also use plenty of wd40 on them. also be try to use 6 sides socket as much as possible, for better fit on the nuts etc, they can be old and rusty. 12 sided can slip to easy.
Hi guys thanks for the tips, done the job today and found it quite easy,
no sheared nuts or bolts, had to warm a couple of nuts to release them,
and the car is much more responsive now, and quieter
