Default Please help

Hi.
im new to the forum so i hope this is in the right place.
Would like a bit of help if that would be possible,i recently bought my first scooby which is a Lreg classic shape but unfourtunatly the bottom end has gone,However ive bought a new lump for it but the new one has the coil pack on the inlet and my old engine had individual ones.So im just wondering what is the best way round this?
I don't want to change the inlet as its a sti one that is on the new engine.

Also i believe that bottom end failure is a common thing so what things can i do to help prevent this?

Any help would be great as im dying to get my car back on the road.
cheers
baz

Put your heads off the damaged engine on the the good bottom end.

Buy a RCM uprated oil pump to prevent reoccurrence.
