Think we need to have a poll to see which rolling road gets our cash there's only a few that are decent, API, Engine Tuner etc. Also, distance would be a factor!

P1Prodrive, are you the guy who's having his engine bay sprayed down Paul's in Barry?

took mine up to surrey rollers and made 454.1 bhp and 462.2 ftlb @ 1.5 bar
will be going twisted turbo next year and hoping to get around or near 500 as possible all the work on my car and engine was built by me so thats why im interested in your engine and build

Nice spec, but what revision CDF adj cam pulleys are you running? as I don't know whether you are aware but there has be a few cases of these pulleys losing there timing. CDF are accepting returns to check the pulleys are holding tension correctly.

Cheers and thanks for that !

I have the first batch of pulleys and when fitted to cams they locked up so we had to get them milled down a touch but when we contacted Chris at CDF he never mentioned *** all.

Matt,

After your pm last night I had a look around and can tell you you have nothing to worry about.

That link is to a evo forum where, yes we have had suspected problems with the timing on our EVO pulleys
This has nothing to do with our subaru pulleys.
Those evo pulleys were made over a year ago and we had reports that two sets have slipped recently.... we are recalling the whole batch to inspect.
Why on earth that has been posted on here to start people panicing I don't know..

I didn't want to do this earlier.... and this is the first anyone has heard this but our Subaru cam pulleys are in fact now going on the USA subaru rally team cars and we are looking to be the only Uk sponsor for them after this season finishes. But I feel I had have to say that to keep some faith

The issue Steve called me about a couple of months ago was to do with a small problem due to the back of the pulley catch if you run the cam pulley covers, this issue was resolved in 2008

Hope your faith is restored

Chris
