More power?
I currently have an 03 STI, and at the moment is about 290bhp. It has a 3" scorpion full system, walbrough fuel pump, prodrive ecu + new panel filter.
For the next few months I want to spend some money on the car and give it some extra power until i start saving again in June for a house.
When i get paid next I need to get a new front splitter, im having the HID conversion and adding soem mud flaps.
But after all that is done i want to increase the power.
Now, i dont know anything about engines or whats best to do to get more power, so im asking for a bit of direction.
At the moment I think im going to get:
1. Remap by bob rowle (if he can fit me in) i have a spare ecu so he could map that one.
2. New turbo (MD321H Turbo Charger) Now im not sure if this is the best option as I have no idea about turbos, seems a little expensive to.
3. Lightweight Pulley set (Crank pulley, Alternator pulley, Power steering pulley)
Am i going in the right direction by doing the above, or would you recomend something different? Also what sort of power output would I be looking at from the above? or is that like asking how long is a piece of string.
Thanks for any help

You may want a set of bigger injectors aswell. If you speak to Bob before you buy the stuff he will advise you the best to buy.
Id say roughly with the above mods 350bhp should be a possibility without much trouble.

Your turbo should be ok for around 350bhp ish, an MD turbo will see you to 400bhp with tubular headers and 650 injectors!! Bob Rawle has worked his magic on a few cars in SWS and so have a few other mappers so you won't be disappointed with your car after a remap!!

I am running a group buy with Bob Rawle at the moment, it is a chance to save some £'s on the 'normal' price, link as below.
