Sorry for the short reply earlier! Give them a call they should be able to give you a rough quote over the phone. I've had dealings with them before and they provided good service.

if you going to have the painted don't get them sand blasted, the grit leaves the wheel rough, which means extra time having to sand them down. not a problem if having them powder coated though.

Bead blasting is the way to go, more friendly to the wheel. but not many places do it

TBH I wouldn't go for sand blasting, acid cleaning or powder coating.

APS Alloys in Swansea now do bead blasting as I went up to see Steve last week for him to have a look at the wheels on the S202 for him to refurb. He is doing the refurb for me in April just prior to PCAD.

Glad to hear you found someone to sort them out mate. Does this guy do full wheel referbs? The coat of paint i had on mine last year wasnt the best and it has started to peel in places, looks like the guy hadnt even given the surface a key first
Will have to take a look at yours next time i am passing.

I've had mixed results down at APS. Steve had several goes at my OZ's but couldn't get them painted without runs in the finish . He's got two wheels spot on and two which are not great shall we say. Personally I'd go somewhere else if I needed another set of wheels doing.

Dig out the very recient thread on breakfast meet and wrapping as the firm that does the wheel refurb work will do all of what you want ref bike frame.
Great place to also get any wheels done as well lol.
