Default K-sport brakes

I know alot of you run big brakes so i thought i would ask you guys.

i know someone who is selling some k-sport 8 pots for the classic. brand new never used and come with race pads but no discs. what would you pay for these? or how much should i be looking to pay, ?

any ideas?

I think a GB went on for £700 for 330 mm and £800 for the 355 mm kits. I think Danny had them on his old car

i take it that was with disc as well then.

and i take it disc are not cheap

they are a very good set up. once i got the pads changed they were very good, better than the brembo's I had before

disc are £300 on there own so would cost a bit more with bells.

The standard pads are awefull, I used to get brake fade after only a short journey and they wore out very fast. only a couple of mm left after 5K miles, so factor in changing these aswell, I swapped mine to EBC yellow stuff and found these very good, these were £87 direct from EBC.

you'd be looking to pay around £300 for the calipers otherwise it's not worth buying from him

yeah i thought they were a bit ott on the price then. he wants £500 with no disc. and i wasnt prepared to pay that. i know they are brand new but after the group buy that was going i would of had a better deal there
