We all knew it was coming, they think it will be shut in about 18 months but will be gradually winding down til then, looks like the first to go will be around 300 people in about June this year.

Time to start looking for a job , if anyone knows of any mechanical techs job going anywhere let me know

i`m one of them going too,but i`ll be leaving there end of march as i`m only temporary there.started looking about already so can keep the car on the road.

hi ian yeah still getting check light for the iscv also got bit of boost issue`s now ,not sure if thats because of the iscv is on.i cleaned the vaccum hoses out with carb cleaner saturday when i changed my panel filter+fuel filter but it hasn`t improved it.

Hey guys, hope it all works out for you. We are having the same issues with Bosch over here in Melbourne, Australia. My husband has just been laid off after 13 and a half years.
the car industry is in dire straits here too, we were looking at going back to Wales (I'm from Porthcawl) but looks like Bosch is out now....bummer.
