Life without a Scooby :(
Well to cut a long story short it was crap beyond all epic proportions so i went to go see a couple of cars 2day down at DLC Autos in Gorseinon quite close to Dave Cos's spot and ended up picking a 95 WRX over a choice of a few scoobs and a skyline that was taking my fancie. anyway the scoobs done about 48k and the bloke at DLC said it used to belong to his mate and that Dave's done some work on the car in the past so the historys known which is nice to know anyway i had a test drive and it felt great so paid in full there an then
pick it up on thursday afternoon when i get back from work

When I read the heading I thought it was going to be some horror story of how you crashed that lovely looking car or how the engine had blown. Glad to read it's not the case. Enjoy the new car Looks good!

Cars been there for nearly 1 YEAR. Test drove it and for some reason it pulled to one side? May have been because it was parked up for quite some time.
Plus GLC don't like to drop a penny on his car's? Don't know why but if he had gone down to £4k i would have bought that one.
Test drove the one I bought and it pulled so much better and was £1.5k cheaper.
Like the car seen that one there too is it the STi or the WRX he has??

That's the best bit...picking it up for the first time that is. I got mine from Newport and the drive home was great. Felt like I'd bought a much more expensive car than I had and I could not stop "F"in smiling

welcome back, a nice looking car ripe for modding
The swimming pool in the boot isn't really a problem, I've got three classic sat on my drive and they've all had water in the boot, normally comes in through an ill fitting boot seal or the rear lights needs reseating on fresh silicon. An hours work tops to sort this problem out
