which brake pads do you advise for 2002 s t i brembo brakes

most people use the ds2500 i think thats the model number

all depends on how much you want to spend
ranging from 26 bucks and up
i managed to buy a set all round for 65 bucks.They were mintex an jurid
lots of brake dust but very good pads(not white wheel club fitment)

Sounds good..bin an expensive start to the year with MOT, TAX, personal plate, cambelt service, lifetime tracker subscription....

Waiting for my wallet to recover before hitting it again with brake pads and a pair of front boots

cheers vc my m8 that's doing the work said that there were some mintex pads that are good but he couldn't remember the other name for them perhaps these are the ones i'll do some ringing around for prices tomoz

Ferrodo DS2500 or Pagid Blues/Blacks are supposed to be excellent fast road pads, but neither are cheap.

I put OMP pads on mine and found them very good £44 if i remember correctly and they have done a few MWR with no problems

Pagid Blue's are brill, they cost a few bucks but are well worth it

I used Mintex 1155 in my old set of brembos, They were awesum but squealed alot and I really do mean squealed alot!!!!!!

well guys been in touch with ian @godspeed bit the bullet and went the whole hog getting ds2500 pads all round and drilled /grooved discs all round so she should be sorted for a good while cheers all for the advice
