does any one have any ideas of how to pass the time when you have a broken ankle??? It is driving me silly now and day time tele... omg dont even start me on that lmao im even getting bored of the top gear re runs lol
I was off my feet for 6mths after an operation on my ankle
I got by with regular visits from a lovely young nurse.
She wasn't qualified in anyway but i did love that outfit and how she looked in it(and out of it)
If thats not an option then i'd have to say drugs & alcohol

Or if you do not fancy the old 'five knuckle shuffle with pamela and her five sisters' you could also buy a Wii Fit board and try balancing on your one good leg
wooohoooo just had 2nd x ray and it isnt broke ive badly done tendons/ligaments but where as a break is around 4 weeks this takes 12 to 16 weeks to heal

If it is of any comfort to you I ripped all the ligaments in my left ankle playing golf ( ok I know it is not a real mans sport but it did happen honestly ) just over 4 years ago and even now it is still not right, it was a nightmare having to climb the stairs backwards on my bum and coming down ago semi sliding whilst holding on to the stairs.
And i won't tell you of the agonies I went through hoisiting myself onto the toilet either!
