Default sti intercoolers

hi guys just bought a sti8 intercooler are there any things that are different to my standard wrx intercooleror are they a easy change over thanks andy

Ideally you should have the Pink Y Pipe for the underside. The Bracket holes are already there so all is good. If you can get a new Hose for the front and an STi undertray, it will then fit the whole width of the IC and it will work better than the WRX narrow one.

Next stop an STi Scoop to fit the undertary because WRX ones are to low.

Oh and it's knuckle scrapping stuff to fit, but a piece of p**s to fit.

When i got my sti8 tmic it came with the "Y" pipe and underscoop tray(whitch was a tight fit under a MY06 scoop), Thats all i needed

i think it has a red y piece in the photo its all good though only paid 76 pound for it
