Just curious for some info when taking shots like yours, what lens did you use. I've only a Nikon 18-55mm lens with my Nikon D40X and looking to get a longer range lens.

Hi,
I just have Fuji S5500 with a 10X optical zoom. I think this is equivalent to around 220mm could be slightly more. It is perhaps not the best camera as to much is automated on it (like auto focus which is hard on moving rally cars) there is a manual option on it but it is akward to use as it uses buttons rather then turning the lens.

Good pics there , had a good day today , put a few scratches on it though ! had turbo problems all day , Only had 0.5 bar boost , should have been about 1.5 , it was a pain uphill , bit better down.

Yes the colour is certainly different , most are blue as this was , I like the way its turned out

Still got the Pug , will be up for sale soon if any of you budding rally drivers fancies a try
