I'm very unhappy as i write this to you, i am having to post via my brothers account as i have been a victim of the infraction system.

Tonight i have recieved 3 infractions from the same user on 3 post i did back in 2005 for the main reason to get me banned, now i am very angry about this as last night i had paid the £18 to become a supporting member of the club, and now a day later i am being banned from the site i love because a guy has a grudge with me because i didn't buy his car and bought another members car instead (Scudy23's scooby). I have been a member of this forum since 2004 and feel that these infractions are ridiculous and feel that i should be reinstated as soon as possible.

I have contacted the webmaster to complain but will have to wait and see, so for the time being i will be using my brothers username.

I'm well pissed off!!

 

I thought you couldn't go back past a certain date (last year?) to infract. Pretty low thing to do if they have broke this rule if it is one.

I spotted you were banned and noticed some were against a very old thread, that can't be viewed as standing in my eyes. Ok lets say the guy got a reason for the current one for aguments sake here, there is no way he should then be able to bring an old thread into the frame to use the infractions system to then ban you..... you have done the right thing by contacting webby for him to look into. What period of time is the ban over ?

It's such a pain as i'm currently in contact with about 5 members who i'm buying from or selling too

this infraction system is ridiculous if you ask me, we pay enough money to scoobynet, they should do their own policing of the site and not leave it up to anyone who can then just abuse the system

 

Thats stupid, would of thought you'll get reinstated as soon as webby c whats happened, he should be banned for mis-using the infraction system.

BTW the car you were selling in 2005 looked nice

You are not allowed to drag up old threads just to tot up the infraction system into a ban..that is pure misues of the system and as such will result in a ban or infractions from simon for mis-use of the system.

It is obvious that this user who did all the infracting has simply searched on your username, found your posts and then handed out some infractions for the hell of it.

I wouldnt worry, it should get sorted.

 

Bah Humbug, some people are soooooooooo childish. I got infracted for disagreeing with a PC weilding fruitbat last November, still have no idea why?
