While out shopping for a new car for the father in law we came across the Vauxhall garage in treforest. well, since its the only local dealer that has an 08 VXR8 demo car i thought it would be rude to leave without giving it a go

First impressions were very poor to be honest, very plasticy and cheap inside althought the seats were nice and comfortable, although owning a scooby has taught me not to be put off by that. Second disapointing thing was it was an auto so it wasnt going to be a great drive i thought. Well i got it out onto the sliproad for the A470 and put my foot down and it really did put a smile on my face!! It was bloody quick but still quiet and comfortable, well impressed until i looked down at the fuel consumption....................3.5MPG!!!!

All in all, it was a great car and well worth a test drive, its now on the list of potential next cars, go have a go
