sorry to hear about that mate i havent had anything yet .
any idears were it happend i.e. bristol . avonmouth i was pritty much with you comeing from the pub going over to the photo shoot

came this morning,taken at 14.00h on a37 bristol, 36/30mph. but no photo it says manual dection so i guess that means a speed gun not a fixed camera?i had no idea this was coming

then ask for calibration certificate
then for officers qualififcation sheet
then get a solictor as they have sent you a letter of intended prossecution
which i believe to be illegal without reading you,your rights first
go to mcn(motor cycle news) then look at the legal section....

pepipoo were very usefull when I fought my allogation of speeding, Won in the end and they have now agreed to pay £150 compension for wasting my time
