FMIC with coloured pipes can be had for about £250:

So Pro-speed are basically charging £179 for fitting, which isn't bad but its a job that can be easily done by yourself, there always plently of people on here willing to lend a hand with stuff like that.
What turbo are you planning on running with it?? I'll have a nice low mileage VF34 for sale in about 4-6 weeks

As Danny said the Hybrid intercoolers (i've tired the autobahn88 and hybrid Gt spec) are better and he has a contact for them.
If your not changing the turbo then DON'T buy a FMIC, TD04 turbos are awful with FMIC's, been there done that, actually made my car slower.
Like i said before up to 400bhp ur better off with an STI top mount. Andy F only recommends fitting FMIC for under 400bhp to pre 96 cars as they can't be fitted with the newage STI coolers.
