Question Possible clutch problem?

I know there is a section for questions like this but i thought i would ask the people i know first for advice.

When using the clutch, only when the car is cold, i get a noise that sounds a little like belt squeal but it doesnt do it when the clutch isn't being used. When the car has warmed up the noise stops.

So, is my clutch on the way out?

When My clutch went I had no noises, Just it started to slip whilst in 4 and 5, motorway driving highleighten it the most.

I only got about 450 miles out of before I had it changed and by then it was really bad.

The Standard clutches are known to judder when cold.

I'm sure someone with a bit more knowledge of clutches will be along shortly but don't even think about getting it done at a dealer, have an exedy uprated organic off API.

Yep the dreaded clutch judder when cold,

I've got an uprated organic exedy and no clutch judder, very smooth and takes more BHP and torque.

Theres a group buy with API running now at a very good price

The clutch doesnt show any signs of slipping but i do get the normal judder on cold especialy since i have to reverse up quite a steep drive. The problem is a sqeal which seems to be growing.

The car is still under warranty so may be worth taking it to CVC but i did mention the noise at the last service 1k ago but they just checked the tentions on the belts and found no problems. I didnt mention it might be the clutch as i wasnt so sure if it was when i put it in.
