I've just bought a load of goodies for my car but the only thing I can't get sorted is the suspension. I want a Tein Super Street kit but there are none in the country so I want to know if there is an alternative at a similar cost? Without fitting and top mounts I was looking at £600 ish.

Anybody fitted anything that is good?

My car is an 05 WRX.

 

I bought my Tein SS from Jap Performance Parts (used but like new), they have lots of coilovers on there for sale, did have a set of Tein Flex for Newage but a depsoit has been taken.

Be careful when buying Jap coilovers as the spring rates tend to be very high, design more for track than road use, Tein SS are pretty good and come with the same spring rates as Powerstation reccomend for the AST's for road use.

Tein also have the advantage of being able to fit EDFC, great for taking full advantage of the ajustable damping.

 

Hi mate thanks for that I'm hoping to get the suspension sorted prior to my first visit to Castle Combe in April I am having trouble finding a kit that is as well liked as the Tein. I even looked at Cobra/AST but the prices start at £1100 not fitted. There must be other options that can give me the adjustment for firm road ride and ultra firm track.

I will see what other people think but Jap Performance will be getting some of my hard earned
