hi all,

just a quick question, when i was looking for a scooby, all of the wrx's boots seemed to be damp?is this a common fault on them? just hope it dont happen to mine thats all.

yes it is a common fault, the seals around the rear light clusters go.

i just put new sti rear lights on mine, is there anything i shud do to make sure no rain etc gets through?

did you put new sealant on when you fitted them? if so they shoud be find.

another place to check mate in the classic boot is the small drainage pipe that removes water etc from the plastic surround behind the fuel flap. It should come into the boot from behind the flap and fit into a small t piece. Its there to drain excess water etc but can come away from the t piece and rather than dump water out of the wheel arch its collects in the boot. This was a problem with mine
