Have you gat a full decat?? if not that will make it louder, plus extra power.
Blitz is very nice but if you travel on the motorway alot you may get bored of the drone but you can always insulate the boot.
Afterburner or Vortex also sound very nice.
But if you want really loud with a very deep burble then it's a 5Zigen but these will make your house shake and your ears bleed!!!!
pop along to a meet, your bound to find what ever exhaust your after and you can have a listen before you buy
Standard Exhaust is 2.5/8th" if your going for big power get a 3" otherwise go for the cheaper option and stick with the standard size.

I'm running a ScoobyWorld Racebox at the moment with a decat straight through centre section (stock downpipe). Lovely sound, but I've just ordered a resonated centre section to try and keep the noise down a bit. Plus I even spent £145 on a sound-proofing kit!
I do a fair amount of motorway driving, so Im trying to keep it as quiet as possible. Apparently the Racebox is meant to be subtle though... bizarre.

Pro-speed in cardiff have a good reputation, he is the original guy that came over and trained the original long life and powerflow boys and listena to the owners needs, they built me my system and it burbles nicely on tickover, sounds great on full chat then quietens off when on a motorway cruise. I believe that Charlie also has a large pipe bending system and the quyality is topnotch

charlie only has a 2"or 2 .5" bender, anything bigger and he cuts pipes at angles and welds them to make bends, i enquired about this when i had my center pipe replaced, hyeline or hyepower as the exhasut side of things are called made it with small bends so the pipe was as straight as possible when fitted, and i no the havnt got the best of names around but they did do a good job

Personally i'd buy a respected make like HKS, Blitz, 5zigen, Miltek. Wouldn't touch Hyeline with a barge pole.
Try here for some good quality used exhausts:
Jap Performance Parts
They currently have a Blitz NUR spec R £395 and if you want really loud they have a 5zigon (dannyboy007 has one of these) for £350

I have a blitz nur spec r which is quite loud. Some say too loud but I never tire of it.
If you know you are going to do a long motorway haul you can always stick the bung in which takes away about 80% of the noise. The bung takes seconds to screw into place.
