Default De-Cat centre Pipe

Picked a bargin up off ebay Had a look under the car today and lined the pipe up and its perfect, but what gasket am i going to need where the centre section meets the downpipe. Looked to me like it was something fancy.

Thanks Melon.

you should not need one just a bit of zorst paste as the center section fits over the down pipe and they bolt together

where the center joins the down pipe there is a dome shaped metal gasket. just reuse the old one, assuming its the standard size and all that..

If you can get away with re-using your old one, brilliant. I had a bit of a problem re-using my old one, so I had to use a fair amount of FireGum (not overly happy about that).

I've just ordered a resonated centre section, so I thought I'd re-attend that joint. I got a brand new genuine Subaru conical gasket from TSL, about £29. Pretty expensive, but if I can seal the joint properly without resorting to FireGum, I'll be happier.
