Exclamation Another unmarked Plod car

On my way to Carmarthan yesterday on the M4 and just past Swansea, an unmarked 56plate Golf Gti with blue lights in the grill came screaming past
So thats an Evo, Mondeo ST's, Saab turbo and now a Golf Gti turbo, what next !
It seems you cant take the bate with anything tasty these days just in case!

Are you sure it wasn't just a golf with blue lights?

Defo the police, the main beam were flashing along with the blue lights as he came up behind me, unless it was a doctor/paramedic but i doubt it because they dont hide their lights as a rule.

Fair point. There are instances where I definately would not though.

Dont asume its plod, we use , Fire Service, in South Wales for all Stn Comanders a lot of VWs , Audi as their cars . They have to attend calls , but as the car is a lease contract they also get to use it as their family car so they have blues hidden away. I would suspect its a fire Service vehicle by the discription as VW is the major preferred choice of our officers
