Default Can any one help?

My clutch is starting to go, just through the age/wear of it and Andy advised me to get a price 4 the standard Subaru 1 (as they r rated to 400bhp), He said to go 4 one for an my99- classic, as they will fit an my93 flywheel and are a better clutch. Could anyone get me a chassis code for an my99- classic, so CVC Subaru can quote a price?

Also does anyone know of any deals on for an aftermarket clutch about the same rating?, not a ceramic or twin plate clutch, as he said they wouldn't be worth it. Then i can compare prices and go 4 the best deal.
Thanks, Taylor.

I went for one of these, off this fella on ebay:

Then cost £200 to fit, so about £400 all in.

Cheers 4 the reply StiX. What is the spec on this clutch? What BHP is it rated too? Is it as smooth as the standard clutch or is it a little jerky? Sorry about all the Q's.

No worries

As far as I am aware, it is the standard spec clutch for P1s, STis etc.

As they are 276bhp ish standard, and thats all I was going for (and have) I went for one of these - and of course its from Exedy.

IMO even the standard clutch can take this sort of power with ease, so an uprated clutch such as this should be good for maybe upto 330?

Smooth as standard btw.
